PARTY AT WEDGEWOOD REQUEST INFORMATION
● Parties may only be sponsored and requested by a paid member of the Wedgewood Swim Club. They must be in attendance at the party for the requested time.
*Members bringing over 6 guests in one day or hosting an event that requires reserved use of pool supplies (Tables, Chairs, Grill, etc) must complete a Party Reservation Request Form. A contract will then be sent with payment options BEFORE the scheduled party.
● A party request form must be completed and submitted before a party will be considered. This request is not a guarantee for a party.
● Party requests can be filled out online--it will be sent to the board and contact will be made as soon as possible.
● Party requests are on a first come, first serve basis
● All party requests must be made at least 14 days in advance of the requested party date.
● Under NO circumstances will the pool be closed to the general membership for a party.
● Party headcount is the total number of people in attendance regardless of if they are swimming or not.
● Once your party has begun, there will be no refunds regardless of inclement weather. Please see cancellation policy below for full details.
● The facility is not available for access or setup prior to the designated rental period.
● Any party request with ending times outside of the normal pool operating hours must have specific approval.
● An additional fee may be applied based on size of the party and the time frame requested.
● All parties must have the paid member present at all times. This must be an adult.
Fees are as follows:
During Pool Hours:
● $75 party fee (not hourly)
● $10 per non-member guest (limit 15)
After Pool Hours:
● $75 per hour party/rental fee + Guard fees
**Number of guards depends on number of attendees (guards are $30/hour each)
● 50 Guests or less: $10 per attendee after rental fee
● 51-74 Guests: $15 per attendee after rental fee
● 75-100 Guests: $25 per attendee after rental fee
When a request is made, an official contract will be sent from the board, signed and verified by the member who is requesting the party. This signature will bind the member to follow the above rules and be responsible for the behavior of all guests at their party. Payment must be made within 48 hours BEFORE the party is scheduled.
Cancelation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance in order to receive a refund. No-shows, or cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, will not be refunded.
